The Scent Doctor is a brand that creates a range of perfumes which have been carefully selected for their influence on the wearer. The brand is inspired by nature found in gardens and the science of how scents make people feel. The Scent Doctor can be found in high street stores like Superdrug nationwide.

LOUEM assisted The Scent Doctor in creating a cohesive and personalised strategy for their social scene. Creating bespoke content pillars, audience personas and understanding the brand's aims allowed LOUEM to craft a successful and result-generating strategy. A new strategy enabled consistency across messaging, tone of voice and content for The Scent Doctor making it easier for consumers to understand the brand message. 

LOUEM managed The Scent Doctors Instagram account as well as community and message management. Social media management paired with a new and improved strategy enabled us to improve all analytics for The Scent Doctor and showcase the story behind the brand in a cohesive message.

The Scent Doctor now has a clear, visual and high-quality feed that expresses the story and ethos that The Scent Doctor portrays. LOUEM ensured that each scent within the line was expressed and showcased its individuality whilst maintaining a consistent brand message.

PERSONALITY PRESENTED ACROSS THE SOCIAL FEED

LOUEM produced all content for The Scent Doctor, including high-quality photography, stop motion and videography. The personality behind the brand really allowed LOUEM to get creative and express each individual scent in a fun and expressive way.
